Do I need to include the receipt or packaging when returning a product?
You don’t need a physical receipt, but please include your order number when requesting a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Can I return something I bought on sale?
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return unless otherwise specified. Final Sale items, promotional bundles, and clearance products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
